When our clients say they want to lose weight, what they really mean is they want to lose fat, but how do you know what percentage of your weight is fat?

With our body composition testing and Analysis, we are able to identify your body fat percentage, muscle  mass and much more. This means we can monitor your fat loss and muscle increase all in a proven methodology that delivers amazing results for all our clients.

On average, our clients lose 10% body fat and increase their lean muscle mass by approximately 4kg in the first 4 weeks of training with us and we monitor this with our body composition testing and analysis.

With each test, we measure and track: 

  • Total Body Weight

  • Body Fat Percentage (By body segment)

  • Muscle Mass (fat free mass)

  • Visceral Fat (fat around the organs)

  • Hydration Levels

  • Bone Mass Density

  • Metabolic Age

  • Basal Metabolic Rate

  • Physical Rating

The test is painless and takes approximately 15mins to complete. Once this is done, you will be emailed your statistics.
