WARRIOR

Our fighting fitness personal training approach a.k.a WARRIOR  isn't about aggression or anger, it's about relieving stress and anxiety in an environment that allows you to learn about your own limitations and how to exceed them.  This program includes correct technique, pad work, footwork, boxing combinations, and MMA conditioning to deliver a devastating blow to your body's fat stores.

GRAVITY

GRAVITY is our hugely successful Weight Loss and Strength training program.  Designed only with bodyweight as your resistance system, this program sees amazing weight loss results whilst delivering massive increases in strength and power.  This program also isolates and transforms your abs and core to ensure you are lean, strong and stable.

HALO

High Altitude, Low Oxygen, well almost. Although our HALO program simulates the effects of training at high altitude, this program is for those who need to drop weight and drop it fast.  Our HALO program is designed to improve performance and strength whilst delivering outstanding weight loss results. This is not for the faint-hearted but delivers amazing results in a very short period of time.

With Ski season coming up quickly, wouldn't it be nice to hit the slopes ready to take charge and be ski fit confident? Our SKI LIFT program is designed to get you ready for the powder. With weight loss core stability work, this program focusses on powerful legs, strong core, and great cardiovascular fitness to keep you going longer and faster on the slopes.
